Job Description
You will
- assist Leasing & Marketing Manager in organizing and supervising all the tasks that facilities the smooth running of the department
What do we need you to do?
- To source suitable tenants, initiate discussions with potential tenants, negotiate and finalize the Tenancy Agreement, and other related terms and conditions, respectively.
- To liaise and negotiate with existing tenants on renewal terms and conditions for tenancy agreements.
- To attend to tenancy-related matters, be proactive in responding and follow up by maintaining a good landlord-tenant relationship.
- To conduct regular checks of premises to ensure tenants comply with all terms and rules stipulated in the Tenancy Agreement.
- To plan and implement marketing activities, advertising, and promotional events.
- To be involved in marketing surveys by studying property leasing and market trends analysis for rental rates, occupancy rates, and competitors' commercial or retail developments.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by HOD.
What do we need from you?
- Preferably with Degree/Diploma qualification or equivalent.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Systematic, organized, meticulous and independent.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate well.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Required languages: English and Bahasa Melayu.
