Personal Assistant to Chairman [Singapore]


 

About the company:

We are a private investment firm, managing the assets of a single family in Singapore. We are looking for a Secretary/Personal Assistant to the Chairman.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the Chairman's schedule, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls and other forms of communication.
  • Provide administrative support such as printing and filing documents, and drafting memos
  • Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels and transportation and managing travel itineraries
  • Assist in other tasks and special projects initiated by other executives and stakeholders
  • Assist in tasks related to the Chairman's family matters

Job requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong proficiency in verbal and written English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Patience and resourcefulness are highly valued in this role
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in this field

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
