About the company:
We are a private investment firm, managing the assets of a single family in Singapore. We are looking for a Secretary/Personal Assistant to the Chairman.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the Chairman's schedule, appointments, and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls and other forms of communication.
- Provide administrative support such as printing and filing documents, and drafting memos
- Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels and transportation and managing travel itineraries
- Assist in other tasks and special projects initiated by other executives and stakeholders
- Assist in tasks related to the Chairman's family matters
Job requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong proficiency in verbal and written English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Patience and resourcefulness are highly valued in this role
- Minimum 5 years of experience in this field

Salary: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
