Job Description
- Ensure service offered is always of the highest quality, make the customer feel welcome
- Be able to take food orders, serve according to SOPs
- Ensure all workstations are fully stocked up and is operationally ready
- Ensure all soiled dishes are cleared from the stations
- Prepare and turnover tables for next customer
- Ensure customer satisfaction by solving issues and queries efficiently
- Maintain a high standard of sanitation and cleanliness in the workplace
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements
- Possess fluency in both oral and written (English & Mandarin)
- Will be required to handle dishes containing alcohol / pork
- Good interpersonal skills and guest service skills
- Team player, positive attitude, good communication skills
- Be able to work in a fast pace working environment
- Able to understand and speak Chinese
