Job Description
  • Ensure service offered is always of the highest quality, make the customer feel welcome
  • Be able to take food orders, serve according to SOPs
  • Ensure all workstations are fully stocked up and is operationally ready
  • Ensure all soiled dishes are cleared from the stations
  • Prepare and turnover tables for next customer
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by solving issues and queries efficiently
  • Maintain a high standard of sanitation and cleanliness in the workplace
  • Any other duties assigned


Requirements
  • Possess fluency in both oral and written (English & Mandarin)
  • Will be required to handle dishes containing alcohol / pork
  • Good interpersonal skills and guest service skills
  • Team player, positive attitude, good communication skills
  • Be able to work in a fast pace working environment
  • Able to understand and speak Chinese
