WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop an omnichannel communication strategy for user activation, recall and retention.
  • Prepare reports and analysis of campaigns, work on increasing key indicators (KPI).
  • Create, maintain and optimize mass and trigger communications.

  • Collaborate with related departments within the company to complete tasks.
  • Generate and test hypotheses to improve campaign metrics.
  • Segment the audience, work with cohorts and user groups.
  • Using new retention tools for retentions and analysing.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • English Intermediate+ must.
  • Independent.
  • Experience in setting up and automating communication channels (app-push, email, sms, chat-bot could be also great).
  • Experience in loans industry will be a great +, preferably experience in essay, dating, casino niches.
  • Knowledge of spreadsheets, template engines, personalization.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Google spreadsheets).
  • Experience with integration different systems for automation.
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills.
