Salary: £24,000 + OTE bonus

Here, you’ll play a key role in driving a ‘first-class’ service for our Solideal On-Site division. Solideal On-Site is a national market leader in servicing tyres for Forklift trucks working in tandem with some of the world’s largest forklift manufacturers. Working alongside a passionate and highly motivated team of professionals, you’ll be empowered to showcase your passion for excellent customer service.
As our next Customer Service Representative within our Solideal On-Site division, you’ll be responsible for answering inbound calls, creating quotes, work orders and service appointments. You’ll proactively chase up outstanding open quotes with customers and resolve any issues and queries. You’ll also liaise with internal departments and 3rd party contractors.
