Hire to Retire Services Expert with Romanian, Novartis, Prague, Czech Republic
This role offers a good understanding of Human Resources as they have the opportunity to have hands on personnel administration, benefits, various HR systems, projects and get a basic understanding of labor law, payroll& time. Also they will have the opportunity to work in a multicultural team from people around the globe and get familiar with the markets of the south cluster. Your key responsibilities:

- Process HR related requests according to work instructions
- Virtually collaborate with international stakeholders and colleagues
- Act as a single point of contact for the customer
- Maintain HR data via SAP system
- Escalate requests that cannot be resolved directly to the appropriate experts
- Ensure compliance in line with Data Privacy and Protection guidelines and other relevant legislation

- Fluent English and Romanian is a must
- Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
- Independent, dynamic, structured and committed way of working
- Bachelor's degree / further education in HR as advantage
- Experience in HR and/ or Customer Service role in multinational environment as advantage
