Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement corporate employee communications projects and campaigns to maximize employee engagement and cultural evolvement around China.
- Craft and promote corporate stories about Mission, culture, customer wins, team collaboration, employee role models and project achievements to boost employees’ proud and sense of belongings.
- Implement employee WeChat strategy with engaging stories, innovative formats and interactive style.
- Manage all internal communications channels to ensure communication consistency, efficiency and effectiveness, including employee WeChat, intranet, Yammer, pop-up news, e-posters, office TV, etc.
- Work closely with Divisions and Functions stakeholders to develop communications plan on corporate level and provide guidance to ensure appropriate communications reaching targeted employees.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in communications, Marketing or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in communications, marketing or agency
- Strong English and Chinese writing with good story-telling skills
- Strong project management skills.
- Social media experience is required, and video experience is preferred.
- Creative-minded, self-motivated, can-do attitude, quick learner
- Passion for excellence in execution with high-quality in every detail.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player
Preferred Qualifications:
- Journalism background is preferred.
- Native English speaker.
