Providing support to customers based in mainland China, assisting with queries regarding their eye-care and contact lenses products. With your passion for customer care you will monitor feedback activity using a complaint handling system and provide resolutions promoting customer satisfaction.
About this role:
Hourly Rate: $22.70 per hour
Work at Home - Auckland Based
Provide support by phone, email and chat
Paid training provided - Auckland CBD Hub
Team to work at office for 1x week (every 8 weeks)
Rostered shifts will fall between 12:30pm – 10.00pm. Monday to Friday
About you:
Fluency in Mandarin
(sound written and verbal English skills).
A minimum of 2 years customer service experience
(ideally from retail, call centre or customer service support roles.)
Experience in handling difficult customer queries and customer complaints.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
