Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company objectives, including revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability.
  • Lead and motivate a team of travel professionals, setting performance targets, providing guidance, and promoting a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive innovation and develop new products, services, and travel packages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to anticipate challenges and opportunities, adjusting business strategies accordingly.
  • Establish and maintain effective operational processes, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality service delivery, and adherence to industry standards.
  • Develop and manage the budget, tracking financial performance, and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives, working closely with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns, promotional activities, and branding strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven 5 years experience in a senior leadership role within the travel industry, with a strong track record of business growth and success.
  • In-depth knowledge of the travel industry, including market trends, customer preferences, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
