Full time Kitchen Assistant position available in a busy family run pub.
The desired candidate would ideally;
- Have previous experience of working in a kitchen
- Have an excellent level of hygiene
- Have good time keeping skills
- Have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Have good communication skills
- Be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team
- Be flexible to work weekends when required.
The role includes food prep, cooking during service, record keeping, stock check, and ensuring the kitchen is in keeping with the standards required.
