Strategy and Planning
- Formulating various business insights through the use of analytics-driven methodology and scoring method to identify business opportunities
- Provide actionable insights to measure and improve business performances
- Prepare strategic recommendations and solution to answer business problems
- Proactively collaborate with Product and Sales team to apply customer insights
- Generate smart leads to respective business units for cross-sell/up-sell activities
- Develop propensity modeling for generating smart leads with higher probability to improve sales productivity and customer’s experience
- To monitor & boost business performance in terms of funding balance uplift target & preferred segment portfolio growth
- Complete preparation of business insights framework from opportunities gathering, data sizing, business presentation and revenue/volume impact analysis
- Exploring new business opportunity to increase business campaign leads base on regular basis for Segment Wealth Funding business by implementing a relevant data statistic modelling approach
- Actively involve in country initiative to increase customer product penetration and average product holding for better customer experience, engagement, and increase revenue
Business Performance and Management
- Conducting business performance review with stakeholders for leads drop effectivity for improvement opportunities
- Prepare post implementation review (PIR) for ensuring independency and ensuring actual result vs. Business plan for Segment Wealth Funding business campaign
- Collaborate with business partner for execution phase while adopting business goals for contact rate and response rate.
Regulatory Compliance
- Regular review in accordance to data security guidlines and adequate control management
- Active participation of related projects involving DM including process improvement review for existing workflow for better turnaround and improve efficiency and effectivity
- Ensure data security, integrity, and distribution according to existing regulation regarding data management, retention, and information security
- Ensure compliance for mandatory training., ie: BSMR, Information Security, etc
- Full compliance to data management, security, and distribution
Technical/Functional skills
- Strong consumer banking knowledge
- Solid critical thinking and analytical skills to work well with numbers and complex data
- Proficiency English as business language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge and experience of analytic tools i.e. SAS/SQL
- Have exposure or working experience with Big Data platform (i.e: R language, Hadoop, etc)
- Have exposure or working experience with Adobe Analytics or other Web Analytics Platform
- Experience for handling and analyzing big amount of data for better information and insights
- Excellent statistical method to develop propensity modeling i.e. regression, clustering, decision tree
