Shift Supervisor [Philippines]


 

· Monitors and analyzes sales and performance reports to achieve targets on a monthly basis.

· Plans, implements, monitor and mobilize the team to achieve other cost targets assigned to them.

· Maintains and ensures compliance with established food quality and standards.

· Coordinates with Food Service Manager for everyday operation and maintain financial and administrative records.

· Coordinates with the team to meet sales targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and follow restaurant procedures to increase productivity.

· Ensure all companywide programs and marketing initiatives are properly cascaded and implemented.

· Set-up and implement store security procedures and design appropriate preventive measures.

· Executes crisis prevention and management protocols.

· Ensures that the store is in full compliance with local health and other government requirements.

· Implements and monitors the necessary preparation in the production area before the start of operations and makes sure all supplies are available, clean, and in good condition.

· Prepares team member schedules, machine status, and other resources.

· Ensures the restaurant standards and procedures are followed by all subordinates assigned in the dining, kitchen, and Doppio area.

· Mobilizes team assigned to dining and kitchen areas to achieve quality standards and targets.

· Checks all machines, lighting, fixtures, and kitchen amenities to make sure that they are in good condition.

· Recommends ways to improve dining, kitchen, and Doppio operations.

· Manages the shift to achieve shift goals for the day

· Ensures proper staffing across all stations (Dining, Kitchen, and Doppio).

· Constantly coaches and mentors Team Leads and Restaurant Partners regarding restaurant standards and operating procedures.

· Conducts frequent checks on every station to ensure product quality and service quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Quick Service Restaurant: 3 years (Preferred)
