We are simply looking for the best of the best, someone who truly gives a s*** to help take our venues to the next level in service!
Essentially, you’ll be in charge of your own table sections and be responsible for creating epic moments, delivering a real WOW factor with your service and creating long lasting relationships with our guests. Food and drink service alongside high standards of table maintenance is just the start of the role!

WHO ARE WE?
XP Factory PLC completed the acquisition of Boom Battle Bar in December 2021.
We acquired the business at 5 venues (Norwich, Cardiff, Liverpool, Swindon & Lakeside) and we set out to dominate the UK and grow Boom Battle Bar from 5 venues to 28 venues in 2022, and continue our growth in 2023.
Boom Battle Bar is a competitive socialising gaming bar concept. Everything from axe throwing to karaoke! The heart of our venues are our bars – we love our cocktails on point, our lights dimmed low and our music loud enough for you to sing along to, without exposing your off-pitched voice - organised chaos!

BOOM BATTLE BAR is the world’s first and only Battle Bar and the home of competitive socialising. We house an epic bar, adrenaline pumping games like Axe Throwing, AR Darts and Crazier Golf, DJ booths, projectors for live sport and our delicious street food offering all under one action-packed roof.
XP Factory PLC acquired BOOM BATTLE BAR in December 2021 with 5 venues live (Norwich, Cardiff, Liverpool, Swindon & Lakeside). 18 months later the BOOM BATTLE BAR estate has 28 venues trading with many more set to open in 2023 as we continue to dominate the market with our best in class hospitality and unique concept.
We’re looking for like-minded individuals who are the best in the game and are ready to bring the BOOM to life.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
Naturally you love speaking to everyone and anyone and showing them a great time.
You'll be involved in managing our food and beverage service, explains menus and ensuring an amazing time had by all in the bar. You will also be explaining how our venues work to all the wonderful guests coming through our doors, the ones coming in for the first time or our regular crowd - you'll give everyone the same fantastic service!
You'll explain all our food and drink with so much energy that people won't want to leave until they've tried everything in the venue!
You’ll be the life of the party and the service guru on all things Boom. You’ll know our menus inside out and be able to explain them to anyone coming into our business. You need to be a genuinely fun individual and remembered for your BIG personality!
