Role Profile
We have an exciting career opportunity for a B2B Sales Representative to join our team! Do you have some experience in sales and want your career to take off in this space?!! Then look no further!
The successful candidate will cover Galway, Limerick, Shannon & Ennis. Reporting to the Customer Acquisition Manager you will support the delivery of new field sales & will focus on signing up Commercial customers (small to medium size businesses) to the mymilkman.ie service.
This is a field based role & company vehicle will be provided.
Responsibilities
Profile and target small/medium business customers to sign up to the mymilkman milk delivery service - with a range of dairy and non-dairy products, including milk, butter, cheese, orange juice
Meet with Sales Mangers & Milk Agents on a weekly basis to agree area planning
Utilise Tirlán technology platforms (PSI) to assist with route planning and recording sales.
Generate weekly reports on in field activity, and provide feedback and recommendations on improving performance
Monitor competition in the marketplace eg pricing, products, new products, other players
Requirements
1 year experience preferable in a similar space within B2B sales or field sales area.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets & have a flare for this!
Relationship building with the ability to engage and influence customers
Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and the desire to succeed.
Be a confident user of technology including iPads (training will be provided).
Be self-motivated, and an ability to work on own initiative, full support will be provided.
Must have a full clean drivers licence
