Assembly Concepts is overall accountable for introducing new wind turbine products into Vestas' factories. We deliver the strategies and plans for the development of factories and the global footprint for the products in the Assembly scope. The department consists of 15 highly experienced specialists positioned in Denmark, Germany, and Spain.

This role is supporting the portfolio managers and the footprint specialist in handling the overall COO project portfolio & footprint print within the Assembly area. The job consists of, but not limited to the below:
- Facilitation of Steering Committee meetings and Portfolio boards and capture actions from meetings
- Consolidation of project reports, across the COO area
- Analysis and define risk levels in project portfolio and reporting on resource management within the portfolio
- Support project initiation and project change request process
- Leading our team members in the support center in India. Guiding and supporting the program and project managers
- Ensure data in reports and MS Teams is correct and updated
- Develop standards for project and portfolio reports in collaboration with stakeholders
Qualifications
- Working experiences as project, program, or portfolio manager
- Experience in working with senior management levels in a larger matrix organization
- We prefer experience in wind industry
- Like to work with complex engineering problems and have a creative approach to next steps
- Fluent in English both in writing and verbally
- Knowledge of SAP applications would be desirable

- Have a good understanding of complex organizational setups, to efficiently communicate with your colleagues and relevant stakeholders
- Succeed as part of a team and that it comes naturally for you to collaborate and share knowledge and have the patience to listen to, understand and respect your colleagues
