As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Asset Management, Information Technology, Talent, Legal, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, and Risk Management.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Responsible for payroll processing for employees accurately and timely
- Update payroll records and employee information in the payroll system
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and payroll data.
- Answer employee questions regarding payroll and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Preparing journal entries, reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and file payroll related taxes.
- Prepare annual tax slip form 1721 A1 for employees.
- Filing payroll payment documents.
- Work effectively and efficiently as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on work progress.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university (min. GPA 3.00 out of 4.00).
- Excellent in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Good communication skill and able to communicate in English both oral and written.
- Ability to work under pressure, strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information.
- Work well in team environment and/or independently.
- Highly motivated, highly initiative and strong eagerness to learn.
- Stay up-to-date with payroll regulations and changes in tax laws.
