- Data Analyst will responsible for supporting cross-functional in the implementation of digital measurement strategies, producing meaningful marketing KPIs and performance reports with actionable insights.
- Develop and Maintain BI Dashboard for cross-functional team.
- Responsible for the concept/design, approval, execution, maintenance and the performance tracking & measurement of omnichannel customer campaigns and customer journeys.
- Plays the role of a consultant to internal stakeholders and works closely with marketing & sales, medical, market access, IT and other functions
- Lead / support process optimization efforts related to promotion capabilities, sales effectiveness & efficiency.
- Gives proactively inputs to the local & regional teams on customer & market needs.
- Data Analyst will be responsible for participant in company/cross functional/ Department project.
- Ensure that in-charge task of projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Establish & maintain relationship with stakeholder.
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Facilitate internal stakeholders in adoption of new data related product.
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this role, you will have strong technical skills as well as business capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Preferably experienced on data analytics, web analytics or information technologies
- Preferably experienced on SQL, Qlik Sense, PowerBI
- Preferably experienced on Sales Force Marketing Cloud & Veeva CRM
- Preferably experienced on Python is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, identifies opportunities and capitalizes on them through rapid disciplined decision making
- Collaborative, committed, result-oriented and business minded personality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) data analysis tools
