· Analyze clients' objectives, needs and budget
· Prepare and present design proposals according to clients' needs and budget
· Prepare detailed presentation and working drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
· Prepare detailed drawings and specifications

· Specify the materials needed for a project
· Ensure planning regulations and safety standards are followed during design and on site
· Supervise construction of buildings as required to ensure projects meet deadlines, stay on budget, and are according to the original vision for the design
Visit proposed locations and building sites.
Job Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Proficient in the use of Revit, Sketchup, 3D Max, Lumon, Autocad, Microsoft office or any other CAD software.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience
- M.SC Degree is an added advantage
- Should be creative and imaginative
- Excellent design, drafting, site or project supervision and construction documentation skills
