Job Description
1. 正直诚信，财务和税务专业精湛，熟悉财税实务，能协助财务负责人做好税务合规管理工作，包括业务涉税评估、合同审核、依法优惠申请、内部沟通、外部沟通等，有良好的中英文书面和口头交流能力，敬业爱岗。
2. 学习力强，法规学习和实务落实与时俱进、不断完善税务管理制度、流程和工具，使税务管理工作不断深入和完善，沉淀复用。
3. 对内开展税务合规培训，团队协作良好，对外建立并维持良好的工作关系。
1. As a tax / finance professional with solid technical knowledge and practical experience, to assists in formulating and implementing tax policies and measures in various jurisdictions to comply with tax laws and regulations, including but not limited to tax assessment for business, contract review, internal and external liaison, etc.
2. Stay up to date with new tax polices / regulations, and to incorporate such new requirements into internal tax management systems by timely updating tax related internal policies, SOP, tools, etc. to achieve efficient and effective tax compliance.
3. To conduct internal trainings on tax compliance matters, collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, while maintain a good working relationship with external parties.
Position Requirement
1. 本科或以上学历，财务相关专业；有注册会计师或注册税务师执业资格或通过其中税法核心课程的优先考虑；
2. 具有4年以上财税工作经验，熟悉税收法律法规，并具有深入的实务操作经验；
3. 有强烈的责任心和求知欲，对快速变化的税收法规和公司业务发展有快速的学习能力和适应力；
4. 中英文沟通能力、适应能力良好，心态积极乐观；
5. 既有四大会计师事务所工作经验，又有大型企业财税部门工作经验的人才优先考虑。
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor or above degree in Accounting or Taxation.
• Minimum of 4 years tax experience, familiarity with tax laws and regulations, and have solid tax related working experience in practice.
• Strong sense of responsibilities, enthusiasm to continued learning, willingness to adapt in a rapidly changing policy / business environment.
• Strong organization, interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
• Self-starter with excellent accounting, analytical, creative problem-solving skills.
• Contributing to a culture of excellence, integrity and accountability.
Highly desired:
• CPA or CTA designation or passed tax modules in such qualifications.
• Experience with Big 4 or Multinational Corporate Tax Department is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin is a plus.
