-Issue the purchase order to supplier by using the AutoCount software so that to ensures the stocks are sufficient for supply, kept in a safety stock level & prevent any overstock or short supply issues.
- To prepare material requirement plan based on the order forecast.
- Monitor supplier product quality & delivery performance.
- Work closely with production planner to make sure material available as per plan to ensure smooth operations in production.
- Perform GRN & PI
- Coordinate the import shipment for the raw material with the shipping agent in order to make sure on time delivery goods.
- Apply the quotation from dagangnet so that send it to SIRIM & arrange the schedule to do the inspection for the raw material.
- Follow up the COA must issue by SIRIM for the declaration purpose after the inspection.
- Apply the sales tax exemption from SST website for the import product.
-Diploma /Degree in any discipline
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
